Tax refund wish list...What's Yours?

I wish I could GET a tax refund. I'm always even, or I pay the government, usually $20 or less.0

I wish that I had it before the new year, so that I could afford to hire an escort for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Looks like I'll be spending them alone again.0

I put gizzards in the stuffing for extra flavor. You'll like it.0 -
NEW BED! I've been saying I was going to get one for the last six years, but always ended up doing silly things like paying off outstanding balances with creditors and universities or buying a new bed and bedroom furniture for my son. I was going to use it as a down payment on a new car, but since I had to get the car now instead of later, I'll just pay back my sister for the down payment she put down last week, and then get the bed and save the rest.0

Um, I wished that I was getting a refund instead of having to write a check to the IRS. That's what I wish!! :grumble:0

For the ex to catch up on child support!! If not he will be moving or I'm taking him back to court!! I might make him move anyway. Who the hell moves to an economically depressed town that has a small market for his skills? Idiot.0

I think I'm getting about $22 back... oh what will I do with this money!
I'm not trying to be a ****... and prefacing this statement by saying that means that I will inevitably be a ****, so I apologize in advance. But getting such a large refund (unless this is a one time mistake of sorts due to a new financial situation), is not wise. You're essentially giving the government an interest free loan in the amount of $22,000. You'd be much better off OWING the IRS a bit at the end of the year and investing that money upfront.
Just some unsolicited advice, that is ya know... never welcome, but I couldn't stop myself *LOL*0 -
No refund for me. I'm not into giving the government an interest free loan of MY money. They already take enough of it.

My refund gets smaller each year. I hope it's enough for another mortgage payment or a fence in the back yard for the dog. :frown:0
