    That cheese is 120 calories for one ounce. And ounce is approximately the length of your thumb if you are eyeballing' it.

    I use my scale constantly. (I get more! I have small hands... haha)

    Ya, 1/4" cube is very tiny! And duh! on me! a cube is 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4 x 14. Honestly sometimes I feel like an idiot! 120 calories in a little smidgeon of cheese. Never really paid attention to it until I started recording.

    I just read in Scientific American that calorie counts on food labels are horridly incorrect for all foods. The reasoning they gave is that different people get different calories from any food. I might get 100 calories from a 1" block of cheese and somebody else will get 180 calories from the same cheese.
