I have a 2lb- 2.5lb deficit but generally lose 1lb a week0

No idea. I guess I could average it out, but where I lift so much my weight loss tends to be non-existent to bursty. For example, I have been at the same weight for about 3 weeks now, but I know my body composition is changing. I have only been logging for 75 days so the initial weight loss would screw up trying to figure an average anyway.0

Varies greatly for me, but when I average it out, its 1/2 lb a week.....very slowly!0

I have only been on MFP for 19 weeks, and my average is 2.3 pounds per week. However, the last few weeks it has slowed down to about a pound per week. I try to keep my deficit smallish because I am focusing on strength training, so I upped my calories to able able to include more protein.0

some weeks could be 1 whole pound other weeks a fraction of a pound. must admit that when its like.2 loss im quite discourageed, but hey something is something!0

This was all done with cardio only - next 52 weeks will have cardio and lifting.0 -
1lb a week if that! infact its been going back up again the last week, even though my measurements are down so i try not to pay to much attention to the scales I know im getting smaller and more toned0

I lose on average 1 lb a week.
It seems so much slower than that, and I wish it were faster a lot of the time, but I know that at this rate, it's coming off for good and I'm not starving myself.

I've been on MFP for four months and have lost 20 pounds, so average a pound/week. Some weeks though I didn't really loose other weeks lost 2-4lbs.0

I've been losing 3-5. Today was my 85th day of logging in and I've lost 57 pounds so far. Of course, I also run 30-60 minutes, 5 days a week.0

I have been steadily losing anywhere from 1.5-2.5 weekly!0

None really. I tend to lose inches more because I strength train. I've been at the same weight for almost a month now and I feel great.0

At this point, having just come off a serious 2 week holiday bingefest w/ no exercise...the weight will fly off me in the first few weeks back on my regularly scheduled programme.
I'd say 1.5-3lbs depending on my water intake. I do one day a week of a protein shake fast, just to get things balanced up; it works for me.
I'd like to lose 15lbs by NYE... very unlikely unless I go at my bingo wings w/ a blunt knife. That's 7 wks so in theory it should be possible but the weight slows down considerably the closer I get to my goal clothing size.0 -
I used to lose 2-3 lbs a week but after almost two years of MFP my weight loss has slowly reduced to around 2-3 lbs in a MONTH.0

I have lost 8.2 pounds in a little under 3 weeks. But alot of that is water weight and cleansing out my colon I'm assuming. So I am sure it will slow way down! Just happy to see progress!0

Last week was a weird one for me. I only lost 0.8 pounds and I've lost that much in the past 2 days. So discounting last week I've ranged between 1.6 and 2.6 pounds.0
