    It's not to replace a meal, am I correct? Just drink it as you'd drink your water?
    Just drink it as water, it add's some flavor, but is not a meal.

    Im not entirely sure its sugar free. If youre getting the flavor from the apple, whats to say youre not getting some natural sugar from it as well?

    Not sure how I missed this when it first went around. OMG, so easy and yummy. I have a few granny smiths getting a little past where I like to eat them and some cinnamon sticks. I think I will make it now and have it tonight for at work. I wonder if I could do a citrus/ginger variation. hmmm.

    i tried the lemon/cucumber/mint it was nasty.
    this one with the apples and cinn sticks i love. its yummy.
