    Corrections.. I was using the cals burned from individual workouts and forgetting my walking for each day. One of these days, I'll figure this out!

    GOAL: ~3,500 cals for the week~

    Just one cuestion, How do you all know the exact amount of calories, you burned?

    I don't know about the others, but I wear a heart rate monitor. I found that the machines at the gym were generally off (by a lot) and MFP always gave me more than I deserved, so wearing the HRM keeps me honest (and accurate!)
