I have a large frame, anything below 175lb is too thin for me and too hard to maintain, I want to be healthy but I also want to be happy

I returned to nursing school this year so my weight has been going up and down like crazy, the profile pic is me at about 185, at my ideal weight which is 175 I lose a little more in the belly/love handles, I carry my weight well, and I like having some thighs and a butt (get too thin and butt is GONE lol) so I'm not trying to get to thin.0 -

I am 5'11 and currently weigh 178 lbs. I dont know what my goal should be. My main concern is my stomach. Its all in my stomach. I think if I could weigh 165 I would be more than happy. I guess I am not really keeping a big eye on the weight. I just want to lose my stomach and tone it up. Any ideas of what excersizes would be best for me?
