    I returned to nursing school this year so my weight has been going up and down like crazy, the profile pic is me at about 185, at my ideal weight which is 175 I lose a little more in the belly/love handles, I carry my weight well, and I like having some thighs and a butt (get too thin and butt is GONE lol) so I'm not trying to get to thin.

    Seems really low for my height but I'm going to put on muscle after reaching goal, I'm medium framed eating 1400 calories/day, so I'm not creepy unhealthy.

    I am 5'11. I currently weigh 179. Goal is maybe 165. Just want to get ride of some belly fat. I cannot imagine weighing less than 165 with my body....if that makes sense.

    Meg - I'm 5'10" and 226 is EXACTLY where I started last year. I'm down to 184 and shooting for 165.

    I am 5'11 and currently weigh 178 lbs. I dont know what my goal should be. My main concern is my stomach. Its all in my stomach. I think if I could weigh 165 I would be more than happy. I guess I am not really keeping a big eye on the weight. I just want to lose my stomach and tone it up. Any ideas of what excersizes would be best for me?
