I've also been cutting out dairy just for the things I've heard about it, it's not necessary!

that sound so easy with lots calories right? LOL I GOTTA LOVE THIS

Not really - they range from about 230 - 300 for about 100g

edited to take out the pic

:/ Hmm lots sugar thou some ppl can only eat 24g per day and this 'cups" as like 27g up each thats like a lot if your watching your sugar since some ppl gain fast eating bad sugar Like me LOL but ones in a while look Yummy :) i can have that in my fridge i am a adicte to icecream HAHA.... CoLD Stone is my #1

It's just a carb (assuming no medical conditions). I feel no reason to track it separately. I gain weight eating too many calories, not one specific food group in isolation.

]If any kind of berries are added, usually hides that flavor.
I mixed a fresh summer peach and strawberries once... devine.
Thanks - bananas now on today's shopping list :).

As for the icecream - I wish I could keep the 'real thing' in my diet, but realistically I WOULD eat the whole lot - so we're talking 1250 calories or whatever.

The ben and jerry's frozen yoghurt however, at 140 cals per 100ml is a lot more reasonable, especially if I can at least force myself to make it half a pot a day :).

Tried it, using banana, semi-skimmed milk and frozen 'summer fruits'.
Definitely less of the banana taste, but I found the overall taste a bit 'weak'; not that fruity - I added a good bit of vanilla essence, but this still didn't help that much.
If I could afford the calories for some jam, that may well have sorted it, with a more intense fruity flavour.

I also tried mixing up 100g of frozen fruit with 100g of frozen semi skimmed milk. Made more of a 'sobert' style desert, but again had that 'weak' taste. Tried adding in some fresh banana, but that didn't help.

What does it mean when people say "bump"? I see it all the time, and I'm confused! It may be silly, but can someone please clarify???

I used the food processor today to make my spinach ice cream. I used

    1/4 cup skim milk
    3 cups spinach,
    1 scoop vanilla protein,
    1/2 banana
    2 packets of splenda
    1/2 tsp peppermint extract
    1 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips.

Then I topped it off with 2 tbsp of lite cool whip, and some sugar free chocolate syrup. It tasted just like a mint chocolate chip ice cream sundae. The ice cream was a little runny, though.
