    Jesusislove - I put my step counter on first thing in the morning and take it off just before going to bed. So I count ALL the steps. I make an exception for biking though. When I bike, I often go for long rides and I decided I did not want those miles to also count as steps.

    KJ - Great to see you back!

    Jesusislove - I put my step counter on first thing in the morning and take it off just before going to bed. So I count ALL the steps. I make an exception for biking though. When I bike, I often go for long rides and I decided I did not want those miles to also count as steps.

    I put my step counter in my pocket first thing in the morning and take it out last thing at night. I count all my steps. When I dance, the step counter doesn;t count most of the lateral steps so I am probably taking a lot more steps than than I "get credit for".
