fage 0% is my favorite thing in the world. i mix various things in there (separately, or together):
PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
jelly/jam
cacao
tablespoon of jello pudding mix
canned pumpkin
warmed apples w/ cinnamon
mini chocolate morsels0 -
A spoonful of preserves/jam/jelly.
Diced apple.0 -
I put either frozen berries then take it to work for lunch or a spoonful of Jam (jelly).0
-
Maple syrup! My new addiction! Soooo good!0

Warm apples and cinnamon and then a cup of plain greek yogurt (that I keep in the freezer) as "ice cream".
Or you can just use the yogurt to replace any thing you'd use as icecream before.
Also, it works great in place of mayonnaise too!0 -
Just a packet of Splenda because I love to eat my yogurt alone.
I'll try it with strawberries sometime for breakfast though.0 -
I have a main course one, trimmed lamb steak, madras curry paste, cinnamon pod, bay leaf, 6 cardamom pods, crushed garlic and low fat greek yogurt. Really Yummy and low fat if made with good lamb steak.0

I like honey and bananas.0

Great ideas! My current favorite is fresh stawberries, a tablespoon or two honey and a pinch or two of herbs de provence. I mix up the night before, for breakfast the next day.0

really really good with bananas! If I'm craving something sweet I'll sweeten it with stevia and add cocoa powder to taste (usually about 2 sifted tablespoons) and add strawberries if I have them- it's a sweet enough treat that I feel like I'm having froyo. I can't stand 0% though, BLECH! I prefer 2%, tastes AMAZINGLY better! Fage is the best brand IMO0

Brown sugar or maple syrup. 2-3 tbsp granola or cereal.0

Any kind of fruit from apples to pineapples, nuts, raisins or other dried fruit and granola. Spices like cinnamon or dill and honey. You can do a veggie one too. Any thing you do with sour cream, you can use this. Why not add some Parmesan cheese over apples.0
-
stevia or agave
cinnamon
stir in a mashed up banana0 -
Nutella with or without sliced banana.
Mix it in slowly or it just lumps!0 -
Stem ginger with a little bit of the syrup it is in! Yummy over fruit xx0

I love adding chia seeds and a little sweetener or some mixed berries. The chia seeds swell up if you put them in a few hours before hand. I really like the texture and they are super good for you0
-
Jello powder, the no sugar added one, just a little bit of your favorite kind, stir it in and yum!0

I mix these into my yogurt on any given day:
- ripe bananas or other fresh fruit that you can first mash with a fork
- protein powder (if you're already using one you like)
- canned fruit (in fruit juice, not heavy syrup)
- granola
- throw it in a smoothie: frozen berries, protein powder, splash of milk
- a tablespoon of low sugar jam/ jelly/ preserves
- a tbsp of chocolate syrup
If it's unsweetened, unflavored, you can use it in lieu of sour cream...
I'll also use either mango-orange juice or yogurt instead of milk in my cereal. I prefer it this way, actually.0
