Honey is pure sugar, and that's it! If you're trying to avoid sugar, it may not be the way t o go

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE greek yogurt. I eat it for breakfast a ton. However, I always get the vanilla flavor which has quite a bit of sugar. I am trying to keep my sugar to a moderate daily amount so I started getting the plain greek yogurt. However, Its just not as sweet obviously as the vanilla. Besides adding fruit any ideas on how to sweeten (or spice lol) the plain yogurt up? :p

I eat it with vanilla stevia. Yum!

Sometimes I mix PB2 with stevia and water, then add the yogurt to it. My healthy version of peanut butter pie. YUM!

I eat a lot of Greek yogurt. I always buy the plain and eat it with berries or granola on top. If I want to sweeten it up, I add some honey.

Hi! I add my vanilla (sucralose sweetened) protein powder to my plain greek yogurt. It tastes AMAZING and is a perfect high protein post workout snack.

Try about 8 chocolate covered almonds. Let them sit for a few minutes and stir. Very tasty and still good for you.

This is how we sweeten it as well; a little bit of raw honey. There is a brand that sells a honey sweetened plain greek yogurt, but my wife and I have a difference of opinion about the amount of honey to put in (so we prefer to get the plain and have the freedom to put as much/little in as we'd like).

I take normal flavoured greek yogurt. It's not really sweet so I put dried fruit, cereal or honey in it.

Trust me 1tsp of honey makes everything better.
As a Greek myself, I recommend it. It's delicious ;)

I add a tiny bit of honey to mine. personally I don't think honey is as bad as processed table sugar. honey is made in nature and technically has a different chemical composition. not all sugars are made the same.

I have it with honey and while honey is just sugar you're in control of how much you use, a little goes a long way and it tastes better than regular sugar or sweeter. It really is so tasty.

my FAVORITE greek yogurt is Fage 0% Cherry.
    tastes like DESSERT.
this has less sugar than if you were to add a T of honey to your plain yogurt.

What about a sugar free syrup? Like the DaVinci brand. I've never tried it... in theory it seems like it would work.

I love Greek yogurt as well, what I found that tastes really good for me, was to add some PB2, some stevia and mix it together, once it has been mixed well, I would then add some psyllium husk powder, which adds a good dose of fiber as well as making the yogurt really filling and not to caloric.

I hear some people are adding protein powder to their yogurt, never tried it myself though!

Add chocolate protein powder!! It is DELICIOUSSSSS! I like it better with the vanilla, but it still taste good with the plain :)
