Dwanes Daily "GAINERS" challenge 11/27/2012

I will be adding a new challenge every day for those here looking to GAIN weight and do so in a nutritious way that will benefit all of us out here looking to GAIN weight.

Its my hope that you will look for my challenge each day and put on more weight, mass and muscle.
These challenges will work for men and women.
1. Guys eat 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter right now (ladies one tablespoon)
2. men and women do simple squats with legs spread at width of shoulder.. 3 sets of 10 each.
A little extra will go a long way! You with me?
