    I have lost 71lbs since starting this journey last Oct. I still have a ways to go, but am finally starting to see a differnece. It is very motivating. I am excited to see how far I can go.
    The first pic is 8/2011 - I am on the far right wearing a purple tank that I have no business wearing
    The second pic is last fri. My fiance was so proud he insisted on taking a pic

    Oh yeah, I know everyone needs to find their own path on their own terms. I was just curious because in my 20lbs, I've lost over the past three months, it seems I've influenced about six people to at least start thinking about losing weight.... Just out of being an example that it can be down without special fads or gimmicks, or starving.

    OMGosh! WOW!!! You look amazing! What a difference. One of my goals is to be able to wear a sleeveless shirt (any maybe even a tank) this coming summer. I've always been embarrassed by my chicken flapping arms :-)
