    Hooray for Greek yogurt - it's definately something I have to have in the fridge as well. Other things include:

    - Carrots
    - Skim milk (I'm thinking of trying soy/almond/rice for variety)
    - Pears
    - Tuna
    - Corn
    - Ham
    - Cucumber
    - Tomato
    - Wraps (found some delicious rye ones for 69 calories per serve)
    - Apples (Pink Ladies FTW!)
    - Lemon juice (as an alternative to heaping on the tomato sauce, mayo, etc.)



    Very interested in the 69 calorie rye wraps!

    I posted this a while back on another thread ("Your fridge/pantry must haves"):

    Protein sources: Tongol tuna, no salt added; canned free-range chicken; Greek yogurt (both plain and with fruit); canned organic garbanzos; cheddar; dry roasted unsalted peanuts; walnut pieces. Those last two are also high in fat but it's monounsaturated. I use them (and the saturated fat cheese) in controlled amounts.

    Veggies: lettuce, frozen broccoli, with the occasional addition of frozen green beans and frozen Brussels sprouts (nothing added to any of the vegetables, e.g., no sauces built in), potatoes, canned crushed tomatoes. During colder weather I add cabbage to the mix. For emergencies (e.g., I've forgotten to restock the fridge) I keep canned spinach. I also keep liquid vegetables in the form of low-sodium V-8.

    Fruits: bananas, oranges, grapes, canned pineapple, raisins, prunes.

    Carbohydrates/sugars: crispbread (I'm partial to WASA Multigrain), honey.

    Condiments: extra-virgin olive oil (which I mix with white vinegar, lots of garlic powder, and paprika, to make homemade salad dressing); hot sauce (added to, among other things, the low-sodium V-8, to give it a kick).

    COFFEE! And (for variety) Guayaki Chocolatte mate tea, which tastes like a liquid dessert when I add honey.

    Muscle Milk Light
    Any kind of fruit... I try to mix it up week by week.
    Weight Watchers Light low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese sticks (only 50 cal., and 6g protein), (Also, "Smoked" variety is good for a change-up.)
    Spinach
    Tomatoes... ON THE VINE. (They cost more, but wow, they're worth it!)
    Crystal Light
    Water, Water, Water
    CAKE!!! (just kidding)

    Also, this stuff costs kind of a lot, but, when I show myself what I'm NOT buying, (junk that I used to buy), I say, "Hey!! It's a much better deal!"

    Yes I am getting some awesome grocery list add - ons. Well done everyone! :drinker:

    I forgot bacon! I don't eat much at a time, but I like it to flavor green beans and spinach, or with eggs. Lately I've been getting the Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Bacon - you don't have to deal with all the grease.
