Try the Blue Diamond almond and coconut milk-I love it-it has no soy-I just made pancakes with it (Almond Breeze) more than half the calories of milk

Simply curious, what are your staple foods that you keep stocked up in your pantry, refrigerator, freezer? Items that you use to continue eating healthy, are pretty much an everyday occurance.

IE: Mine would be soy milk, mounds of blueberries, and greek yogurt.

    almonds
    chicken breasts
    veggies
    greek yogurt
    string cheese
    eggs

Very interested in the 69 calorie rye wraps!

They're Mountain Bread Rye Wraps. They have other low-calorie varieties, such as corn :)

    Pita
Yoplait whips. [I'm lactose intolerant so the whips are my stand-in for milk when I eat cereal (always).]
    Red seedless grapes
    Chunky peanut butter

Yogurt is made from milk. I don't understand them being a stand-in for a lactose intolerant person.

BREAKFAST ITEMS: Nonfat plain greek yogurt w/ a fruit ...banana, pear, grapes, apple, peaches, nectarines, raspberries. 6oz o.j.
10 AM SNACK ITEMS: raw almonds, raw brazil nuts.
LUNCH ITEMS: Costco frozen turkey or salmon patties, frozen veggies
3 PM SNACK ITEMS: Raw veggies... snow peas, mini bell peppers, aspargus, kale, cabbage, baby carrots, mushrooms.
DINNER: tofu spaghetti noodles ( 20 calories..where pasta is 240! ), w/ italian sauce. Vegetarian beans w/ salsa. Avocado.
skinless roasted chicken breast. fresh sweet potato, squash.
DRINKS: Zip Fizz , PEACE tea no sugar style.
MEAL SUBSTITUTE WHEN NO GROCERY / OR TIME TO PACK LUNCH: Costco's Premier brand protein shakes are always ready life savers. Protein 30g, Carbs 5g, Sugars 1g, Total fat 3g.

WHAT I DON'T HAVE IN FRIDGE: No cheese, milk, butter, sugar items, breads, soda, icecream, chocolates, honey, processed meats, whole eggs, salad dressing. I do eat these things on rare occasion....when I'm out and have left over calories after the healthy stuff. 1200 cal a day is my measure. I don't buy and stock at home, or I'd eat it all, and in larger volume. I was only able to make these changes with MyFitnessPal and logging everything...even that 1 Tbl of pesto or BBQ sauce. Taught me quick that "hey no calories left for dinner....would have dinner if I hadn't had that pepsi at lunch! "

WHAT I MISS MOST.....Cuddling with Ben&Jerry at night on the sofa !

Some yogurts are not high in lactose, unlike milk. :)
