i weighed 12 stone when i started my weight loss and ive managed to get to 10 stone 4 pounds.
it has taken me a year to get to here but now im determined to get to 9 stone and i dont want it to take another year.
they say the last stone (and a bit) is the hardest to lose and when you are smaller the weight takes longer to lose.
any good advice or tips... i have cut down on my eating and started walking alot ( i was doing this before but stopped for a while0
thanks in advance

bump...I'd say up the exercise and eat cleaner, but I don't know you and your journey AND I don't practice what I preach x0
