2200 I also lift weight for 35-50 minutes everyday and run 2 miles three times a week. So far I have not been hungry even when I don't eat into my exercise calories. Really like the sight, never kept a food diary before, this is so simple and easy to use its GREAT!0

oh Banks, the things I could do with your calories! :laugh:2850 to 3150 depending on the day.
but I'm doing muscle building right now so I'm kind of a special case.
In a week I start my lean phase where I will be at about 2450 a day for 3 weeks or so.
my maintenance is 2750.
HA! it's actually difficult to eat 3000 healthy calories, I struggle with it every day. Sometimes I think I should just go back to 2100 just cuz it's easier to think up that many calories worth of food. My wife HATES when I mention my calories, because she's at 1650 and always hungry.0 -
1200. i torch a lot of calories so i eat anywhere from 1500-1900.0

As someone who is historically used to eating about 700 calories more than that, it's proving to be a bit of a challenge! In the two days that I've really been tracking, I was over by 70 one day and *just* under by 37 the other. But I am ready for the lifestyle change and am looking forward to the results - both looks-wise and health-wise. :happy:0 -

I am set for 1200 per day for 2 lb weight loss per week, but I never quite get more than 8-900 calories everyday. I am drinking more water and feel stuffed and just don't want to eat anymore.. Very little exercise.. Is this good or not?

I am trying to maintain weight/tone up
I eat 1480 a day
And try my hardest not to eat my exercise calories
I eat exercise between 350-850 calories a day (5-6 days usually)0 -
When I started losing I was at about 1950ish/day
Now I"m at about 1510 per MFP but I often wonder if thats a bit too low :S0 -

I'm set at 1350 base to lose 1.5#/week.
Then I eat 25-50% or so of my exercise calories which usually puts me at 1450-1600.
I lost really steadily on 1200 cals for about 4 months but I had to start eating more to break through these plateaus (oh yeah, 2 of them) I've been struggling with over the last 2 months or so.0 -
