I am set for 1200 per day for 2 lb weight loss per week, but I never quite get more than 8-900 calories everyday. I am drinking more water and feel stuffed and just don't want to eat anymore.. Very little exercise.. Is this good or not?

    No. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/3047-700-calories-a-day-and-not-losing
(this post among others...thanks again Banks sharing all of your knowledge!)

1600 - to Maintain myself at 145 lbs.

Anything "Earned" with exercise, best believe I eat  Unless I'm not hungry

MFP suggest 1200 for me to lose 2 lbs a week. With eating SOME of my exercise calories back about 1300. I exercise 5 days a week buring about 200+ calories each time.

I did have my cals set up at 1200 + 50% or so of my exercise cals. Then I stopped losing, so I have been trying to make sure I eat at LEAST 1200 NET cals a day.

Now I am set up for 1270 a day + >50% my exercise cals.

    1270 + 400 (exercise) = 1670 (if I ate all of those I would be at 1270 net)

if I just ate my 1270 without the extra 300-400 exercise cals I would be more like 870 net. I think? Which is way too low and why I think I stopped losing.

HA! it's actually difficult to eat 3000 healthy calories, I struggle with it every day. Sometimes I think I should just go back to 2100 just cuz it's easier to think up that many calories worth of food. My wife HATES when I mention my calories, because she's at 1650 and always hungry.

Same here 2800 - 3000 and I eat every 2-3 hours. Couldn't do it without my protein shake.

1500 before exercise. Most days I consume between 1750 and 2050--I eat most of my exercise calories.

When I first started I tried 1200 and was trying to 'beat' that score by going too far under like life is a videogame.

Now I am at 1300 and I am eating at lot of exercise calories and doing better.

1250. Any calories burned by cardio or weight works out are not added to my daily intake. To me, that would be defeating the purpose of trying to lose weight! Maybe once I am at the maintaining stage.

1970 - Please tell me ladies you you go on 1000-1300 calories a day. That blows my mind. I personally would have to skip an entire meal to be at those numbers.
