I get 1200 to lose 2lbs/week0

1800 (maintenance is 2520)0

I am set for 1200 per day for 2 lb weight loss per week, but I never quite get more than 8-900 calories everyday. I am drinking more water and feel stuffed and just don't want to eat anymore.. Very little exercise.. Is this good or not?
No. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/3047-700-calories-a-day-and-not-losing
(this post among others...thanks again Banks sharing all of your knowledge!)
well, you're welcome, but I didn't write that one.
Oooops, sorry! Just assumed I guess.0 -
1590, not counting exercise calories.0
-
1400 - set to lose 1/2 lb. a week. Although, I don't want to lose anymore... It keeps me on track.
1600 - to Maintain myself at 145 lbs.
Anything "Earned" with exercise, best believe I eat  Unless I'm not hungry0 -
1390 without exercise, 2000-2500 with exercise (usually burn 1200-1500 calories)0
-
12000

MFP suggest 1200 for me to lose 2 lbs a week. With eating SOME of my exercise calories back about 1300. I exercise 5 days a week buring about 200+ calories each time.0

I did have my cals set up at 1200 + 50% or so of my exercise cals. Then I stopped losing, so I have been trying to make sure I eat at LEAST 1200 NET cals a day.
Now I am set up for 1270 a day + >50% my exercise cals.
1270 + 400 (exercise) = 1670 (if I ate all of those I would be at 1270 net)
if I just ate my 1270 without the extra 300-400 exercise cals I would be more like 870 net. I think? Which is way too low and why I think I stopped losing.0 -
I get 1330 before exercise.0
-
1230
But I am not losing weight on it, so may drop my goal to 0.5lb a week, I am confused!0 -
HA! it's actually difficult to eat 3000 healthy calories, I struggle with it every day. Sometimes I think I should just go back to 2100 just cuz it's easier to think up that many calories worth of food. My wife HATES when I mention my calories, because she's at 1650 and always hungry.
Same here 2800 - 3000 and I eat every 2-3 hours. Couldn't do it without my protein shake.0 -
12000

1500 before exercise. Most days I consume between 1750 and 2050--I eat most of my exercise calories.0
-
1470, which means I'm ALWAYS hungry and I love working out, because it means I get to eat MORE :bigsmile:0
-
When I first started I tried 1200 and was trying to 'beat' that score by going too far under like life is a videogame.
Now I am at 1300 and I am eating at lot of exercise calories and doing better.0 -
1350 to1600 depending on exercise!0
-
1250. Any calories burned by cardio or weight works out are not added to my daily intake. To me, that would be defeating the purpose of trying to lose weight! Maybe once I am at the maintaining stage. :bigsmile:0
-
1970 - Please tell me ladies you you go on 1000-1300 calories a day. That blows my mind. I personally would have to skip an entire meal to be at those numbers.0

I average 1300-1600 depending on the day.
I work out 1.5 hours per day0 -
1600 - with exercise that can go as high as 2400, which is a really good reason to work my socks off at the gym :laugh:0

I'd have to skip more than a meal to get under 2000.0 -

It's all about WHAT foods you choose
I'm at about 1300, but I vary my calories a bit. I'm not dedicated enough to follow a "calorie cycling" schedule, but I mix it up and range between 1200 and 1400. I eat lots and lots of veggies and fruit. I'm also not a big meat eater, which helps keep my calories lower as well.0 -
15300

1500 no exercise, but typically 1850 with my daily exercise.0

1350 for me.0
