24 Hour Challenge - December

I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of December. So here goes:

Sat Dec 1 - 45min cycling, 60min yoga (22 hrs 15min left)
Sun Dec 2 - 45min cycling, 60min yoga (20hrs 30 min left)

    December 1 = 30 minutes of walking
    December 2 = a big fat zero!
    December 3 = 20 minutes of walking/ 10 minutes of stairs
    December 4 = 40 minutes of walking and stair climbing / 20 minutes of stairs

    22 hours left!

    Hi, I just saw this, but would love to join in on the fun! We're doing a Pound for Pound food challenge at work until just before Christmas..... and this will give me some extra momentum.

    Would love to participate. I've been trying to get in at least 30 min per day so maybe this will help motivate me. So far:

    I just divided mine up...I need to get an hour a day! Oh, well, just like eating an elephant...a bit at a time... ( I hope to lose 10 pounds doing this challenge.) 30 lbs lost as of date.
