    Where is your starvation mode, excuse makers? you jelly of his progress?

    I've never believed in "starvation mode". You burn the calories you need to exist and function. If you aren't eating enough to cover that, your body dips into reserves. That's how the species survived times with minimal food. The only time it should be considered starvation mode is if you've used up the reserves. I'm eating 8-900 calories a day and taking vitamins to cover anything I might be missing. I feel fine. The weight is coming off. I guarantee I still have a solid 10 pounds plus of reserves!

    You've done an AMAZING job! You saw what you needed to do and didn't *****foot around or make excuses. You looks awesome and even more, I think you probably feel pretty good, too!
