Completed Day 5 of Level 1 tonight after taking a 2-day break because my knee was bothering me. It was tough after just 2 days off!
I also looked up a 5-minute stretching routine on YouTube because I don't feel like Jillian does enough stretching at the end.0 -
I agree with the stretching not being long enough, I spend a bit longer stretching out and turn it into a longer session. By that time my heart rate is back to normal too.
Did Level 2 day 3. Sweat pant sweat pant ........0 -

I just finished my 10th day of level 3! I didn't take a before picture, but I did do measurements. I only lost about 3 pounds, but I lost 3/4 inch off my upper arm bat wings, over an inch on my waist, an inch on my hips, and 1/2 inch on my upper thigh. Not spectacular results, but considering I had to do the modified versions of almost everything, I'll take it. I'm just amazed I really made it through it.0

Arrrgh! After completing Level 1, Day 5 on Friday, I pulled a muscle in my shoulder (not because of 30DS - it happened in the wee dark hours of Saturday morning) and have had to skip working out for 2 days because I have pretty limited range of motion. I think I can do it again today, although I'm going to have to be extra careful.0

lvl 2 day 8 done ...but modified. I've gone and got laryngitis - blurgh! I did alot of walking on Sunday. I don't feel so great right now either.0

I'm just starting level 1 day 9 but my upper muscles are really sore. Anyone else feels this way?

I did day 1 level 1 last night. I don't see many guys on here doing 30DS. I am trying to get myself back into the circuit training and hoping this gives me the kick start i need. I plan to do les mills combat in january, assuming it arrives by then. Good luck everyone. Feel free to add me if you'd like.0

Level 1, Day 8 complete. I'd been using 3lbs weights to start out because I didn't know how it would go, but I didn't feel like they were heavy enough for the chest and back exercises. I moved up to 5lb weights tonight and - wow, what a difference! I'm really impressed with how much my endurance has improved, though. I'm still modifying the cardio moves to minimize the impact on my knees, but it's still really motivating to see how much I've improved from Day 1. I'm pretty nervous about starting level 2 in a few days, though!0
