100 Quadruped Hip Extensions
These are great for toning up your rear-end! You can do these without any weights, or throw on ankle weights if you have them, or place a dumbbell (or even a can of vegetables) behind your knee.

100 done, each leg as I didn't have weights and the bottle with sand in that I tried kept on slipping out.:laugh:0
