Artichokes, pomegranates, asparagus, green apples, edamame, hard boiled eggs, salmon, and raw almonds. Also green tea, not sure if that counts as a food though! This thread is making me hungry!!0

PB2. I seriously eat about 1/4 jar every morning with breakfast.
What's PB2??
It's powdered peanut flour that you mix with water to make lower fat/lower calorie, peanut butter. SO GOOD!

Does it still have all the nutrients that regular peanut butter has? I've been reading more and more about how almond butter is better than all the other nut butters.0 -

Spinach...spinach....spinach. I can't get enough...raw, wilted and topped with a bit of red-wine vinegar, sauteed in olive oil with garlic and mushrooms...yummy! One of my favorite weekend breakfasts is a 1 egg/2egg white omelette with wilted spinach and baby portabelo mushrooms and a little parmesan cheese....Is it Saturday yet?0

almond butter is amazing if you love almonds. it's thicker and is more hearty than most peanut butters i've tried.0 -

Considering the FAT is what makes peanut butter healthy, I find it terribly amusing how so many people are using a processed powder that removes the actual healthy part of the food and claiming it as their healthy addiction. Low calorie =/= healthy. PB2 is nowhere near as healthy as real peanut butter.0
