Tomatos. Fresh, raw tomatos. Grape tomatos, cherry tomatos, romas, beefsteak. I eat grape tomatos every day with lunch. I've been known to eat beefsteaks like they're apples. Looooove me some tomatos.

Considering the FAT is what makes peanut butter healthy, I find it terribly amusing how so many people are using a processed powder that removes the actual healthy part of the food and claiming it as their healthy addiction. Low calorie =/= healthy. PB2 is nowhere near as healthy as real peanut butter.

Whole foods do not mean removing part of the whole, dehydrating it, and putting it in a plastic jar. Eat less of the real stuff!

Kroger has these stuffed mushrooms that are delicious. You can eat the whole container for under 200 calories.
What are the mushrooms stuffed with? I love mushrooms and hubby doesn't. More for me!

Compliments (IGA or Sobey's) Cheddar Cheese Rice Cakes

It's lunch every day, whether 2 are piled high with 25g of low fat/cal/carb/sodium lunchmeat (cajun chicken breast is awesome), and tomato, a cheese string in 4pcs layed flat, and piled high lettuce to hold it all on, or philly low fat cream cheese chkn salad mix, or whatever- they are soooooo good!!

And Danone Silhouette 0+ cherry yogurt-- mmmmm.. breakfast, snacks, anytime LOL

Sugar free Fruit fiesta Jell-O .. omg what a treat for 5 calories!
  • I love love love:
    - Spinach sauteed with a tiny bit of olive oil and garlic
    - Raspberries
    - Salmon

And when I need something sweet, my favorite treats are banana with cinnamon and frozen yogurt (better than "normal" icecream).

Cottage cheese. By calories, it is 50% protein and has more calcium and lot less sugar than greek yogurt. It mixes well with bellpeppers, tomatoes, pinapple...but mostly I just eat it plain.

I eat an entire container for a meal (315 calories). I have to limit myself to 1 meal per day because I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and post workout snack. I eat it out of the container, so it is very convenient. No prep, no dishes.

It does have 1,015 mg of sodium per container, but I'm not overly worried about my sodium intake. I generally don't have a problem staying under 2,500 mg / day.

Brussel Sprouts... yep, that's right, I said it and I'm not ashamed. OK, so I pretty much love ALL vegetables, esp. Broccoli, Asparagas, Corn, Lettuce/greens, etc. Also love Edamame, tofu, soy milk, balance protein bars

ME TOO! Love Brussel Sprouts...especially cut into halfs and sauted with a little coconut oil and apple cider vinegar! Love them with mustard seed too!

^^ YES!!! I have half a cup(full fat) cottage cheese every night with chunks of pineapple. So many levels of delicious. It's filling, sweet, savory, creamy. Takes care of all my cravings. :)
