So.. I ended up going over about 40 calories yesterday... not bad considering I didn't exercise. I took the day off... worked out 6 days last week (sun-fri). I'm okay with it :bigsmile: Today I will go for a walk.

I aaaalmost did it again: walked for 2h at ( 3.5 mph) pushing a double stroller on Friday and 2h ( 3.5 mph) pushing a single stroller (too cold for the baby) on Sunday. Saturday...I run, fell off and ended up with ice on both knees. The cold gloomy Sunday or the knees did not stop me! Have lost nothing this week (and I worked out 5 days) but I'll keep walking.
Maybe we need to do a "double check your calorie intake" challenge or ...with a little luck , it may be ovoluation week ;-)0 -
