I really just like doing stuff that doesn't feel like exercise, like dancing or playing sports. But the one thing that I always do that makes me feel proud of myself is running.

    1. Deadlift
    2. Pull ups
    3. Bench Press
    4. Bent over row
    5. Power Clean
    6. Back squat
    7. Front Squat
    8. Barbell Shrugs
    9. Dips
    10. Rear delt flys

actually i would probably drop Dips and replace it with Rack Pulls and bump that up to number 2. I feel the ones that i can go the heaviest are so fun!!!

Someone said BURPEES?? We have a joke at my workout class that NO ONE likes burpees, this is the first person I've heard of to like them! lol I'm sure they're great for the body but oh, so much work!

My favorite exercise would have to be rollerblading. It's fun and I'm dripping in sweat when I come home! It's a good workout for the thighs & butt, and I get to travel around town :)

    I also like:
    1. Band-assisted pull-ups
    2. Abs
    3. Kickboxing
    4. Weighted back squat
    5. Push-ups

    1. Atlas Stones
    2. Deadlifts with chains
    3. Log press
If you don't feel like a beast after doing any of those, something is not quite right.
