    I know the struggles of being an overweight kid into adulthood and dealing with anxiety/depression. It's a life long battle along with struggling to lose weight. It always feels like a lose/lose situation. Thank you for posting your story, it was very ispiring and you've given me hope that I too can commit and finally get to my happy place. You are awesome and a great inspiration! Congrats!

I too suffer with depression and sometimes it is really hard to pull yourself up but you have proved to all of us here that it can be done.. I am so very proud of you!:flowerforyou:

    I love how you took that leap and no matter how hard it was, you told your story! I can feel the pain in your words, but I can also feel the joy and triumph as you have overcome so much. To someone like me, just starting out on my journeg and trying to make a better life for myself before it gets out of control, your honesty was inspiring and really moving.     This is an amazing story. You should be very proud of your accomplishments. You have done absolutely great!!!!
    Congratulations and I wish you will in your future endeavors with Nursing as well. Just remember that just as weight loss is a journey so is reaching our goals. You have already decided on your Master's Degree which is awesome. Nursing isn't easy but I know that if you can accomplish what you've accomplished with your weight so can you do the same in your books.

    Sometimes in life we experience some tough and nasy situations; however, it prepares us to appreciate the wonderful things that we accomplish in the future. So, inspite of all the horror you experienced as a child; you should have yourself a party for not letting it make you quit.
