Warm apples and cinnamon and then a cup of plain greek yogurt (that I keep in the freezer) as "ice cream".
Or you can just use the yogurt to replace any thing you'd use as icecream before.
Also, it works great in place of mayonnaise too!

warm apples & cinnamon sounds good. I'll have to try it as for me it is usuallywith honey, pumpkin & sunflower seeds.

Raspberries and roasted sunflower seeds, sounds awful but it is really nice.
  • I microwave some frozen berries till they're thawed, mix that in, add chia seeds or muesli & honey (occasionally a little bit of sugar).

Grilled plums (sounds wierd but they are gorgeous and taste really sweet), flaxseed oil, cinamon and protein powder. Or just the grilled plums.

I'm loing these ideas! My fave is a tsp cinnamon and some maple syrup. Delish :-)
  • I'm so glad someone posted this up... I just tried to have plain Greek yogurt with mixed fresh fruit in there I had kiwi and it spoiled it all for me... :( and because I couldn't stand the sourness I had to wash off the yogurt...

These tips are great though so I'll be trying them :)

I make all kinds of dips with it. Savory stuff like french onion dip, blue cheese dip, cucumber tzatziki, chipotle lime dressing, etc.

Here's a link to the French Onion one:

I add it to curry to make it creamier. I also use it as a topping for potatoes in place of sour cream.

I put almonds, goji berries, stevia and raw food bar pieces (larabar, macro bar etc)
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips maybe once a week. <3
  • blend with equal quantities of frozen fruit (ie, 100g yoghurt & 100g frozen berries) and add a bit of sweetner to taste. It's only 100-150kcals and tastes like frozen yoghurt as it gets really thick! So good
  • I add crystal light packets (1/2), sugar free jello packet, sugar free pudding packets, vanilla extract and cinnamon for breakfast/snacks
    OR
ranch packet, onion soup packet, or taco seasoning for dips for my veggies!!!
