If you get hit by a bus, you would regret not enjoying your favorite foods in moderation from time to time.
I'm sure the last thoughts of a person dying from being hit by a bus are "I should have just had that pizza"0 -

LOL! pizza pizza0 -
try looking up a light recipe online. i subscribe to cooking light and they've had some that are fairly low calorie. fresh ingredients are always better and you get to decide how healthy to go, that way you don't feel deprived.0

When I ate gluten, I found I could eliminate my pizza craving by eating a pizza bagel-- take a whole wheat bagel (other types become too chewy in my opinion) sliced in half, add a layer of turkey pepperoni (watch for salt though) then a scattering of low-fat mozzarella, followed by a generous dash of red pepper flakes and oregano. Heat in microwave--without any sauce. The spices makes it italian tasting so you only need a tiny bit of marinara to "dip" the pizza in at the end.0

Pizza quiche:
3 eggs
6 pepperonies (or topping of choice)
diced tomatoes (or top with pizza sauce after baking)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.0 -
Not really related but this thread made me want pizza0

Go to papa murphy's. Get the DeLite crust. Load it with toppings. Get plenty of veggies and try to stick to one meat topping. It's about 150-175 calories a slice for my fave flavors
Papa Murphy's rocks my pizza craving- Delight crust any toppings & I go really light on the cheese. Then I add the 2% or non fat mozzarella at home. I haven't done it in a few months though. I bet them girls miss me ;o)
I eat Jack's Frozen Pizza out of the freezer section now. It's not as great or as light - but I'm usually in a time crunch and need something that doesn't interfere with working out so going to my freezer on Friday night is easier than 30 minute drive before boxing.0 -
unanimous. everyone says eat it.
know what'll happen if you purposefully deprive yourself of something that is unnecessary to deprive yourself of?
You'll binge and eat a whole pie.
Eat the pizza and go over on calories today or go to the gym before, if you don't eat the foods you like, you will have problems losing the weight and keeping it off...0 -
Cauliflower crust pizza:

Load it up with veggies.
If you want regular pizza, plan for it, eat it, enjoy it, move on.0 -
make your own: whole wheat crust, easy sauce, no cheese and roasted or sauteed veggies and chicken. Maybe a sprinkling of feta.0

eat the pizza! what on earth? pizza is NOT a bottle of fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's a little bit of c arbs which your body can use for energy right away.
If you get one with any veggies on it, that counts.
It has protein, healthy fat and sodium which is also necessary. the tomato sauce is FULL of good things your body needs.
I cannot for the life of me understand who on earth taught soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many people that salad is good and pizza will prevent you from ever losing weight.
eat two or three slices. not the whole pizza.
THE END.
or make these
