If you were to insert barbell hip thrusts somewhere into this workout plan

What would you use it as a replacement for?

    Glute Ham Raises probably.

Though they're a pretty effective exercise of their own.

Cool I was thinking that might be the best place to. I'm going to be doing program as instructed for about 3 weeks anyway, then after that I want to change some stuff up and i'm really keen to give the hip thrusts a go. Although I don't have a glute ham raise machine, so maybe I will even give the hip thrusts a try first until I get a big stronger. I find the ghetto glute ham raises insanely hard.

If you don't have the contraption for glute ham raises, then it's a perfect substitution.

It's just a jump to the left..and then a step to the right.

So what I am getting is I need to replace the pelvic thrusts in the time warp with barbell hip thrusts for some speed work? Might have to lower my weight ...
