Hey any 5'9" tall ladies out there? Would be interesting to know goal weights!!! Need some motivation!! Before and after or during pics would be awesomeee!!

I'm 5'8", and I was happy when I was between 130 and 145.0

I am 5'10 and was weighing 227 at the beginning of November. I have lost 22 pounds so far but my target weight is 150-160.0

I'm like 5'9.5". My goal weight is 145, but I am currently 156 and started at 175 or so....0

5' 9" Now I am 180 but am trying to get to 145-150. I will be happy at 150 though! I have a small boned frame.0

I'm a little on the shorter side: only 5'8.5 or so. Almost 5'9
I'm at 155 right now, started at 190, and my goal weight is 140. (Oh, and please excuse my piece of underwear hanging out in the second photo..)

I have a medium frame with a butt an 36 DD and Im muscular so goal weight is 150-155. Im 165 right now.0

5`9 here, don`t have a goal weight because I lift and whatever happens happens with weight, am into body composition. Am at 131-133lbs and not looking to lose - I eat a lot and work out a lot and feel good about myself. I like to fit a designer (sample size) size 6 because I read too much SVH. I also like to have defined muscle - think Madonna c. late 90s - I feel like I`m getting there on the muscle.
I used to be overweight and topped 220 by the time I was 20 - I dropped to 142 a year later and my top weight over the past 18 years was 148. Without adding cardio to lifting, I tended to hang around 142-144 with no muscular definition. My diary is open, and what I eat is pretty much my style. I don`t eat a lot of garbage, but eating more has paid off for me in terms of getting more compact and losing weight.0 -
I'm close to the range. I'm 5'9.5''. Sorry I don't have any before and after pictures. Probably would have if I hadn't gone on vacation for a few weeks. Had lose ten pounds before my trip, gain five back. But I started off at 161 lbs. I was a constant 150 lbs for several years. I am looking to get down to either 138 lbs as a starting goal and then finishing at 130 lbs. Though I'm working for muscle as well.0

For the most part I made GW of 140 and reached 139. I'd like 135, but now that I've added more weight lifting, not sure that'll happen. If I can maintain 139 - I'll be happy!0 -

Taller side, 5'11. I'm in maintenance at 148.6 this morning. I'm happy anywhere between 145-155.0

I'm 5' 8" and started mfp at 277. Originally wanted to get to 150. I lost 110 in one year and have now maintained that loss for one year. I can't seem to ditch anymore weight and my body has settled in at 165. People are often surprised I weigh that much so I'm glad I look lighter than I am.

I'm 5'8" , have a large frame, and am over 40. My current goal weight is anywhere between 160 and 170 and to be MUCH more active/fit. (All of which is dr approved.) I may adjust downward when I get close to that goal. Honestly, the weight isn't as important as getting healthyand I'll consider that goal reached when my BP is consistently below 120/70 and I can wear an American size 12!0

I'm 5'9" and 144 pounds. My goal right now is back down to 135, but eventually 130. All of the weight sits between my butt and tummy and chest. I really feel my best when I'm right between 130 & 135. I dropped from 178 5 years ago all the way to 113 4 years ago (as a result of medical issues once I hit 130), got back up to 130 2 years ago, and that's really where I try to stay. I used to be really underweight growing up, and if I drop below 125, I just keep going and going. So I hope to get down to 130, maintain and then work really hard on tone.0

Hi, I'm 5'8 and my initial GW was 154 but my CW is 158 and think I could lose another 25lbs especially as my %body fat is around 30% which is quite high for my BMI so my UGW is 132. My SW was 243.0 -

Hi! I'm 5'10" and my current goal weight is 160. Once I get there, we'll see whether or not I feel like I need to be lower. Currently have stalled majorly, but it's because I've been totally lazy with exercise and have been splurging a little too often with the holiday season. Nice to know there are so many other tall girls out there! I feel like I'm the only one sometimes!0

Im b/w 5'9" & 5'10". I currently weigh 230 My ultimate goal weight is 150. I will start a "healthier lifestyle" but I am easily detoured and soon fall off the wagon so to speak and get depressed. Anyone can add me. I would love the motivation and support! :-)0

I'm also 5'9". My goal weight is 160. It was 170 but when I hit 180, i decided I wanted to fight a little more.... so we will see how this go. I have a lot of muscle weight, so I dont think I will be able to hit below that. Which I am more than ok with!0

I dont have a goal weight. I will just look in the mirror and say " yup, thats it,. im hot ****"..so will see when that happen0

I'm 5'9 and currently 170 lbs. At my lowest weight of 145, I still felt as though I needed to lose more weight, but have realized since that I just needed to build muscle. This time around, my goal is to get to 150 through heavy weight lifting 4x a week and interval cardio training. That should put me at about 18% body fat!0

I'm 5'8 my goal weight is between 170-180. I've always been very muscular. So to think I can go any lower than that is for me not very healthy thinking.0
