Down to 146. I'm serious when I say I'm not sure my scale is at all accurate. It's really old and there seems to be so much variability in my weight. I tell myself that the exact number doesn't matter, the trend downward is what matters.0

Had a 2 lb loss this week.

I weigh everyday but only record my weight on Friday mornings. I didn't lose anything this week but the same thing happened a couple of weeks ago and the following week I lost 3! I just keep on course and "know" that I will be rewarded eventually for all my hard work and perseverance. I do not allow myself to get discouraged because I KNOW I am doing everything to guarantee my results. Good Luck everyone!! and remember to stay the course...if you slip up...start everyday brand new. Once you hit your stride you'll be off and running to a new healthier you! I am down 44 pounds in the last 4 1/2 months---this program helps me stay on track.0

2.2 lbs down this week, for a total 34.6 pounds since end of July. Whee. back on track without a hitch!0

I lost 1.6 this week bringing my total to 5. I started MFP striclty on the 1st of November (I was a member previously). I hope i can balance out my food and exercise in order to maybe speed up the weight loss a small bit (i'd like to average 2 lbs a week) but i am happy i am losing.0

I am pleased to report that I lost 1.3lb this week. I have tried to ensure that I drink more water and that I move more and that I stick within m calorie allowance and it seems to have paid off. If only I were so focussed every week.0

Holding steady at 146. My hope is to get down to a consistent 145 and stay there until the New Year. Going to New Orleans next week, and of course it's also Christmas season... could be a rough time, weight-wise!0

I saw this thread last week and really liked the idea of only getting on the scale once a week so that it makes it easier to see progress and stay motivated. 243.... Down 1.4 pounds!0

After 3 weeks of not moving, I lost 1 pound today! Yaye!!0

Down 2 pounds, in I think 2 weeks. 9.8lbs total in the entire 3 weeks I have been doing this. The first week was 7.8lbs it's self, and the 2nd and third week, I haven't been doing anything Waiting for life to get back on track and not so crazy busy! THen we'll be back to the gym. SO until it calms down, just trying to maintain at least so I don't gain back. So it was a super plus that I lost 2lbs Not expected!0

i have restarted weighing myself every morning. I notice when I went longer w/o a weight check, it was much easier for me to lose focus.0

Weight stayed the same. Haven't measured yet. Holding steady is fine this week; didn't get all my workouts in and food, while ok, could have been better. Using this weekend to reengage my brain and get organized.0

I'm a Friday weigher too
Yesterday saw me down 1.7kgs (3.7lbs) and I reached the 16kgs (35.2lbs) weight loss mark!!! Was a fabulous way to end the working week!!!0 -

I weight myself on Fridays. Cheat day is Sat or Sun. Last Friday was 1 lb and this Friday was also 1 lb, 8 all together. Its a start0
