You think it's possible to aim for a 10lb. weight loss by the end of April??

I really, really want to try this, or at least lose 8lbs! Anyone want to join me, we can motivate each other!

    Sure I'm in. The competition might just be what I need. I'm on vacation for a few days so this might just keep me on track instead of drinking beer at a bar on the beach.

    should be no problem to lose 7 lbs...stick to counting the cals and a moderated amt. of excersie and you'll take off 10!!
    I started mar 1 and I'm down 16 lbs this month
