    I love all veggies. I generally eat 2 cups of italian or california blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot basically) with 1-2 c. frozen spinach cooked with 2 tsp Braggs Aminos at dinner and skip the starch side.

    Aurora Natural Veggie Chips, literally veggies (sweet potato, carrot, green bean, and taro) that look like fresh cut veggies still baked in canola oil with a little salt. 140 cals per serving and sweet and salty and natural, veggies, healthy.
