    I did another 3 miles this today:

    12/2 - 2 miles walking
    12/3 - 2 miles walking
    12/3 - 6 miles stationary bike
    12/5 - 2.5 miles walking
    12/7 - 2.2 miles walking
    12/8 - 2 miles walking
    12/9 - 2.3 miles walking
    12/10 - 2.6 miles walking
    12/10 - 1 mile walking (lunchtime)
    12/10 - 0.5 mile walking (night time)
    12/14 - 1.6 miles walking
    12/15 - 3 miles

    TOTAL 27.7 miles

    Fri 12/14: 3 miles on treadmill
    Sat 12/15: 7 miles walking (2 miles in park then 5 miles sightseeing on Vegas Strip)

    No fast walking or running, but hours moving my feet today!

    This thread moves fast. Ran 32 minutes non-stop (woot) and walked another half mile to cool off. Didn't think I would last that long but I did :happy:

    10 min on Treadmill
    30 min on Elliptical
    15 min on StairMaster

    Does that count?

    I took Fri & Sat off from fitness & got other duties done! But today I got in and hour of JMBR and rode my bike! Half way there!!
