I do boxing or try and do a bootcamp or something similar. Anything to get rid of the frustration.

Deadlifts! I've hit personal records every time I've vented, too, so feels good.

Sprints! Body Combat is also awesome, I focus on the person in front and pretend I'm beating the crap out of them (even though they are possibly quite lovely...).

I do Zumba, instead of focusing on being angry and venting, I focus on something that I genuinely enjoy that makes me happy.

I can't stay upset when I'm shakin my *kitten* to some sweet Latin beats :)

i wailed on a heavy bag until i couldn't pick up my arms
This. We have bags in our gym and nothing like a good k box workout to get out anger if you need to.

Running, biking or a very long and fast walk.
I basically have to exhaust myself once I hit a mood as I experience extreme anger under the right circumstances.
I have been considering getting a punching bag actually.

I get on the elliptical with my ipod on blast until I feel better. Sometimes it's an hour and sometimes an hour and a half :)
