Has anyone else tried the dew worm diet? My co-worker friend has been eating three raw dew worms with each meal and has lost 75 pounds in just 3 weeks! I like the concept because it's additive, not restrictive - you can still eat whatever you want and the weight will come off. She came up with the idea herself and is supposed to guest on the Dr. Oz show in January. I think I will try it! Who's with me?!

WTF is a dew worm? Is that like the worm at the bottom of a Mountain Dew bottle?

The ambiguity of this thread is a sad commentary on the amount of stupid diets that are out there.

    lmfao.
One of the episodes of "1000 Ways to Die" had someone on that diet on there. That show is so cheesy and freakin hilarious. It's on Netflix if you haven't heard of it!

I get it.. so you eat the worm, then vomit up your dinner.
Or vomit AS you're eating the worm. Low cal.
