I think there is an unexamined notion that all food is created in some factory somewhere. But really, an egg is 70-80 calories. All te nutrition is in the yolk. I eat several a week.0

Not all the protien is in the yolk, everything else yes, but not all the nutrition. And eggs are made in a factory. Have you not seen a chicken farm. lol : )0 -

Chuck the yolk and just eat the whites?
If doing ommlette or srambling then chuck all yolks except one and it tastes better but adds no more fat.0 -

I like mixing the 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites still get the yummy taste just not all the extra fats.0 -
