    You are an inspiration! I just started going strong again at this last thurs and boy am I out of shape! I kept telling myself to just work hard and wait 6 months that is exactly the number I came up with but then I got discouraged today when I was sore from lifting and cardio and thinking, OMG I am doing this for nothing I am SOOO fat, then I saw your post, which reminded me to hang in there and give my body time to repond to these brand new changes. Thanks a million you look fantastic by the way!! XOXOXOXOXOX!! :smile:

    The picture that speaks volumes to me is the one with your significant other! You look so happy and he is able to put his arm all the way around you! That is what I want!!!! I am a little heavier and am hoping to get down to 140ish... Thank you so much for the inspiration! You look beautiful!
