What's up MFPeeps. What do you guys take in terms of Supplements and are you getting good results?

I think the best supplement ins chlyorophll - AMAZING!! I cannot speak highly enough of it - pure greens! fabulous!0 -

Multivitamin for Women, Calcium, Fish Oil with Omega 3, Vitamin D-3 (for a deficiency), Natural Whey Protein (for post or pre-workouts, or if I haven't consumed enough protein for the day).
Not a supplement, but I also include flax seed in any smoothies I make (with my whey protein) and take Airborne (more so placebo effect) when I start feeling a little run down to nip any issue in the bud.0 -

As for the protein, more data is out in support of soy in terms of working as well as whey. It remains to be seen.0 -

I used to be on an arsenal of supplements on and off over the years...Funny how these past 3-4 months I've been completely supp free and my gains haven't dragged in the slightest.0

And a few others that i can't remember off the top of my head. As far as benefits? I don't get sick as often as I used to and if I do the time period of the illness is greatly decreased.0 -

Where are you going to get your Vitamin D? The proper amount of Calcium per day? What vegetable is going to provide you your endothelial defense? CoQ10?
Sure you can probably find foods that have this but you would have to eat an awful lot to get the daily dosage that's needed.0 -
