Multivitamin for Women, Calcium, Fish Oil with Omega 3, Vitamin D-3 (for a deficiency), Natural Whey Protein (for post or pre-workouts, or if I haven't consumed enough protein for the day).

Not a supplement, but I also include flax seed in any smoothies I make (with my whey protein) and take Airborne (more so placebo effect) when I start feeling a little run down to nip any issue in the bud.

    Solid choices. I use # 1.

As for the protein, more data is out in support of soy in terms of working as well as whey. It remains to be seen.

THIS. Most other supplements are just hype. If you're eating right and getting in your macros, chances are you're getting in the right nutrients and supplementation is basically a waste of money.

    Daily multi vitamin
Super Omega 3 with DHA and something else
    DHEA
    Calcium
    Rhodiola extract
    Vitamin C
Two different kinds of berry blends
    Liver Efficiency
    Metabolic Advantage
Vitamin D - one with Iodine and one without
    Endothelial defense
    Super Booster
    Super Zeanithin (for the eyes)

And a few others that i can't remember off the top of my head. As far as benefits? I don't get sick as often as I used to and if I do the time period of the illness is greatly decreased.

Where are you going to get your Vitamin D? The proper amount of Calcium per day? What vegetable is going to provide you your endothelial defense? CoQ10?

Sure you can probably find foods that have this but you would have to eat an awful lot to get the daily dosage that's needed.
