My boobs are the reason I'm heavier
I'm not that fat0 -
I'm not that fat.
I'm too poor to change my diet. (Technically, I am still too poor to change my diet too much. That doesn't give me an excuse to over-eat at every meal regardless.)
I'm happy where I am. (I wasn't. I really, really wasn't.)
And the biggest one - 150 isn't that much different than 120. But on a barely 5'1 frame, yes - yes it is that different. It was only when my clothes began to not fit me that I had to face reality. And even THEN I didn't face the facts until the cat peed on the single pair of pants I had that fit, thus leaving me pantless and traipsing about in shorts with a hairband around the loops.0 -
I'll just have one.
I'll start tomorrow.
Those pants just got our of the dryer, that's why they're so tight.
I don't have a thyroid, I'll never be skinny again.
If no one saw you eat, the calories don't count.0 -

My "lies":
I carry my weight well, so it isn't an issue.
I'm not really interested in being the "active" type.
I tried th gym membership thing, and it wasn't for me because I'm not that "type".
I have big boobs.
It's because I'm so tall.
I was never meant to be skinny.0 -
It's muscle and I'm not as big as everyone else in the buffet line.0

That line always reminds me of the episode of Friends when they were watching old videos from when Monica was still fat. They were giving her a hard time about how she looked and she said, "Shut UP! The camera adds ten pounds!" Chandler said, "So, how many cameras were actually on you?!"0 -

My favorite lies were:
It's all muscle. (except for those 55 lbs of fat I was carrying around my stomach, the equivalent of my two children)
I workout so I don't need to worry about what I eat or think about nutrition.
I don't need to do cardio since I lift weights.
I'm not as fat as I look in the pictures.0 -
One that my best friend used to tell me: " You carry most of it in your boobs! You're not really that big, it's just your boobs that are big." Yes, my boobs are stupidly big but the rest of me was stupidly big too lol0

Everybody gains weight when they get older, you are doomed to be frumpy, you are over 40 now, that's just the way it is so accept it and don't watch what you eat or exercise.0

I worked out for 20 minutes this morning, I can eat whatever I want, it'll all work out
I'll start next week, this week isn't good for me
I'll have just one cookie (seriously, those things are worse than Lays chips!)

Since I have a thyroid problem, I won't be able to lose weight.

I dont eat alot of meals, so its ok if I eat alot at once, or much on these candies...
