    While I agree that people should be allowed to worship whichever citrus fruit they believe in, I want them to know that if they don't choose the grapefruit....YOU WILL GO TO HELL.

    I am happy to say that I take a medication that doesn't allow me to eat grapefruit, so hating it got much easier.

    Pink grapefruit is a good source of lycopene and vitamin C, helps with blood sugar control and possibly weight management, and is very refreshing!

    Each segment of a grapefruit is covered with a film, you know what I'm talking about? That film is the bitter part. Just try peeling it off, and eat the meat instead. That stuff is godly!!

    I used to hate grapefruit, but I found that if I eat only the "jewels" it's pretty good, not so bitter.
