I'm 5'3.5" and currently fluctuating between 100-104, which I'm happy with. I have a very tiny frame, so even though this sounds low, it looks good on me. My BF% is around 18%.0

I am 5'2" and my goal weight is somewhere between 130-140. I am a curvy body type and both me and my husband love my curves, so I don't want to get too small. Once I get down to about 150-160, I will reevaluate and see how I feel. I am at 196.4 as of today. I wear a size 16 jeans right now. My mini goal for right now is to fit into single digits again. In my earlier college days I wore a size 5, which I felt very sexy and healthy at. I'd like to be that lean again [ I was a ballet, hip hop, and jazz dancer so it was all lean muscle, then I had kids :ohwell: ]0

my goal is 110. At 5'2" I think it will be perfect. The lightest I've been was 114 in 2005.0

4'8" and my current weight is 126.6. Ideally, my weight would be whatever it has to be for me to deadlift 300 lbs.0

4'11 & 3/4 I'm not kidding.. My GW was 105 my current weight 98 lbs.. And I'd be happy if I stood here for always lol ❤ or stood anywhere between 98-1010

i am 5'1 1/2" i used to be 5'2 lol...i was really happy at 130..that is my current goal..but i may try a little smaller not less than 125..i would like to be a very fit 1250

I'm 5'2 and I'm 108 lbs right now. My goal weight within 3 weeks is to go back to my weight a few months ago which is 104. It's really hard for me right now cause i've been snacking a lot of unhealthy foods!! Could anyone help me figure out a FITNESS plan that could work and help me lose 4 lbs in 3 weeks? I am 5ft tall and my goal is 20% body fat...so what ever weight that puts me at is fine with me. If that percentage is less, thats even better....by the numbers thu i believe its 115-1170

I am 5'1 and my goal is 150. I started out at 230. In my entire life I have never been smaller tan 140.I took diet pills yrs ago when u could get them from the dr and I lost to 125 and I looked bad. My face was all sunk it and I just didn't look healthy at all. I think it will be an individual choice, depending on your body type. If after I reach my goal and I want to try for more I will but I wont feel the pressure after I reach my goal0

Depends on your age. At 18 years old, I weighed 105, at 35 I weighed 130, and now, at 49 years old, I'm hoping to get down to 150 for starters. I was too thin when I was younger, but always thought I was fat. Stupid body dysmorphic crap. How old are you?0
