I want a body that is capable of running a half marathon in uder two hours as well as doing pushups, pullups, handstands and dips. In order to reach those goals I know I need to lose wieght and I will rock whatever slamming figure mother nature decides to give me in the process...0

& realistically I have always loved Kelly Clarkson's shape at this point. Lucky for me it is probably what mine will resemble

i've never really thought of what my ideal body would be. i wouldn't pick any celebrities body from a magazine because they're edited so who knows if that body is naturally achievable. i'd just like to be a fitter version of myself. toned arms, and minimal love handles (:

I actually wasn't quite sure if this was headed dangerously close to child pornography. I don't want to body shame if that's a legit woman....but it looks like a little girl in makeup to me. Maybe her face just looks young but with a body that has no curves to it. Hmm.
I was thinking the same thing. not even looking at the body. her face looks like shes around 11 or 12.0 -
I'm happy where I am at. I always continue to be aware of being healthy (it is life long). I don't want to get too thin. I am always improving my fitness, as I am mid thirties and a mother of 2. All of my goals are realistic for my own body type, I don't try to be something different than what I am. I am petite, small framed and I have a curvy behind. I have nice muscles and continue to improve on my strength and dance training (I am a dancer).
I also admire many different body types. I think women are beautiful.0 -

I love this.
For me it is the body that will allow me to feel healthy and confident in my daily activities. No more worrying about hurting my knees getting on or off a bus. No more concern about falling because my balance is poor. No more running into things because I'm wider than I think I am. No more blood pressure meds. Less asthma meds (I know even at goal and very fit I'll need SOME, because I've been there before and did). No more CPAP (so it's easier to travel!).0 -
