Small frame
Start weight 165lbs

I'm a hair under 5'8"; age 21 I was slim but not overly skinny at 130 lbs. I really doubt I could convince myself to really go lower than 150-160 anymore. However, I do enjoy weightlifting, so at 150, with some muscle, I expect I'd be pretty trim.
ETA: I have a small to medium sized frame.0 -
At 165 at the moment, aiming for around 140-145.
I'm quite toned and 'lean' but with a bit of 'extra' on me if that makes sense? With a medium frame? Not that wide but there are definitely some hips going on here. Like my legs are quite slim, my waist is very small and my upper body is proportionate but still fairly slim. So just getting rid of the little lower belly toning up a bit more and I'm good to go I think! Although if I'm happy with where I am before I get to 145, then so be it xo0 -
I have a very small frame, currently 125-130 and definitely skinny-fat (my pic was from 119 and toned, but then I had a stressful semester and stress ate..) Goal is whenever I look both fit and thin.0

I am 33, and 5'8. I started out at 194 (only down to 186 now) but my goal is 145/155.0

Goal was 145. Hit it and now just bouncing between that and 152 at any given time.:bigsmile:0

Well done to you and I have to say you are looking really good at the moment. You say that you feel good where you are -so I would be planning to maintain from where you are.:)0

I'm in the 150s. Don't know exactly because I'm refusing to weigh in until the holidays are done. My goal is 135.0

I am 27, and 5'8 as well with a large frame. I started at 180 and am now at about 160-163. I don't want to be super thin, so I was thinking about maintenance at 160. Lately I've been feeling like I should lose a few more lbs (no more than 5-7) just so I would have a little room if I fluctuate. However, I have been focusing more on weight training to transform my body, so I haven't been focusing soley on the scales but muscle tone. Congrats on dropping the lbs. You before and after pic is so inspiring!0

That's what I figure too, if I go to 155 then I have room to fluctuate in maintenance cuz I'm happy with where I am now. Gotta get back to working out, my tummy still needs some tightening up!0 -
