But I am going to do all I can anyway (teaching classes forces me in the gym) My gym is closed today but I found another one open - 1 day drop in fee-thats fine, I am determined to hit this!!!

Hope this isn't a dumb question,are you all eating your exercises calories? I don't know how to reach a 3500 calorie loss personally if I eat all my extra calories lost.I allow myself to eat half of them if I want to. Any input would be appreciated as to what you all are doing and still losing.0

I didn't used to, but I hit a plateau after a few weeks of overly large calorie deficits. Now I force myself to eat all the calories back and I'm losing more consistently.
There are a LOT of differing opinions on this. If you search the forums for "eating calories back" you'll find hours of reading with advice and links. You may have to experiment a little to find what works for you, and it will probably depend what your net calorie goal is and how you arrived at that number. There are some good calculators - you'll see the links in the forums with some lengthy instructions.0 -
