What's a good mix of excercise?

My schedule allows me to work out 4 to 5 times a week. I haven't done much weight lifting, though I would like to. I usually stick to cardio (HIIT, spped walking, Zumba). What would be a good mix to add in the weights, i.e. how many days of weights vs cardio?
