I am just going with 4500 this week. Had issues last week and didnt finish. I'm not feeling well right now so here we go.

Hope this isn't a dumb question,are you all eating your exercises calories? I don't know how to reach a 3500 calorie loss personally if I eat all my extra calories lost.I allow myself to eat half of them if I want to. Any input would be appreciated as to what you all are doing and still losing.
I didn't used to, but I hit a plateau after a few weeks of overly large calorie deficits. Now I force myself to eat all the calories back and I'm losing more consistently.
There are a LOT of differing opinions on this. If you search the forums for "eating calories back" you'll find hours of reading with advice and links. You may have to experiment a little to find what works for you, and it will probably depend what your net calorie goal is and how you arrived at that number. There are some good calculators - you'll see the links in the forums with some lengthy instructions.0 -

For me there is no way i could eat all my excercise calories back, that would be way to much (for me), i have still been losing. However this week will be different because im eating on average about 400 calories more per day and i have been doing the same work outs, so weigh in tomorrow, should be interesting, my goal is to stay the same during the holiday's.

Week 4 Goal : 6000- This week is going to be a real challenged- I was scheduled to sub 2 classes on Friday that both got cancelled. But I am going to do all I can anyway (teaching classes forces me in the gym) wink My gym is closed today but I found another one open - 1 day drop in fee-thats fine, I am determined to hit this!!!
