Thanks everyone, really good advice. I'm going to try and increase my calories to 1300 at first and then maybe eat my exercise calories? I think starting gradually is the key.
I have in fact been logging everything I've eaten for a year, just not on this site. I've had some bad eating days for sure, I binge eat sometimes and I'm trying to reduce the amount of times I do that.0
